Shipping

Domestic (India)

  • We offer free shipping across India.

  • Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.

  • Remote locations may require additional time.

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. All shipments are handled by trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Returns must be requested via email: returns@svaede.com

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for return shipping. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it reaches us

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after inspection

We do not offer exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, simply return your item and place a new order once the return is completed.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, the return process must be followed.


International Orders

We currently ship within India.
For international requests, please contact us directly, we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
